Περίληψη Μαθήματος / Overview
The course is divided into two parts. Firstly we will learn anatomy and how our body works (cardiovascular, renal, and pulmonary system). The second part will be dedicated to biomechanical applications including Tissue and Joint Mechanics, Numerical and Experimental Methods in Biomechanics, Implant fitting, Tissue Engineering and Cell mechanics.
EXAMS / Εξετάσεις
For both the regular semester (fall semester) and the exams in September the following rules apply:
- Homeworks: 2 theoretical homeworks (I and III), 1 practical homework (II, segmentation), 1 final report (after IV,FEM study) : Grade is based on the these
four deliverables.
- For those not able to attend the course, there will be an exam. Topics will be added.
